All items are available at our Treetops Research Centre and, by giving at least one week’s notice, can be ready for collection at our monthly meeting or the Family History Fairs and Open Days we attend. ( see our events calendar or NEWS. )

How our shop works
Ordering
Add your purchases to your Basket and, when you have finished, proceed to the Checkout. Enter your contact details. Postage (where applicable) is calculated by the shop after your address has been entered.
Payment
Continue to Make Payment. Visa / Mastercard Credit and Debit card payments are processed by SumUp. Please note: the card expiry date must be entered in full, e.g. 03/2028. We also accept payments from PayPal. The payment system is secure (check for the green padlock and that the URL starts https://) and provided by a third party payment processor. Payment details are not sent to the Society.
Order acknowledgement
All Orders are acknowledged by email. If you don’t receive an acknowledgement and / or your payment does not appear on your card statement it may be necessary to place the order again. Our Sales Team will be happy to advise if you email us by selecting ‘Sales’ from the drop-down list on the Contact Us page. Use Book / Membership / Research / Donation in the Subject line to indicate what you tried to purchase and we’ll get back to you.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days of receipt of the order and payment. We will email you if there is likely to be a delay. Membership applications and renewals may take longer during the renewals peak months of September & October.
